Kellie's Tomato Tart - a last taste of summer


As soon as I saw the photograph pop up in Facebook I knew that I had to make this tomato tart.  If you haven't visited Food to Glow then you have a treat in store because Kellie makes beautiful food which is also very healthy.

  1. That really looks so incredibly special. I saw this too and thought about making it. You've done a gorgeous job. Love the pastry. Also your photos are simply stunning. That photo course really paid off. Fab stuff!

  5. Wow this tart looks incredible. I love roasted tomatoes, they impart a flavour that is totally different than when they are eaten raw. Great photo, one for me to try too.
