Roasted Courgettes with Thai-style Minced Chilli and Lime Pork is a variation on Nigel's Baked Marrow with Minced Pork from Tender 1.

ReplyDeleteI am SO pleased to have won the book, as it is one book I don't have! However, I am very lucky, as all of the entries look divine, and I could make all of them at the drop of a hat. LOVELY challenge this Janice and Sue, I hope Nigel pops over now and then to see what has been cooking in blogland!
